The organization, Komitet Ekonomiki i Rynochnykh Otnoshenij (Committee for Economy and Market Relations), is a coordinating economic body under the Minisky City Executive Committee, responsible for the development and analysis of economically sound policies. Established in 1997, its structure includes a chairman, a first deputy, and various departments. The committee operates under the guidance of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Belarus, as well as directives from the President. Its budget is funded through the city budget.
