This enterprise is the Belarusian Patriotic Youth Union Regional Committee of Belynichi. It is an organizational unit under the Belarusian Regional Executive Committee's Department of Ideological Work. One of the directions of the Belynichi branch of the All-Belarusian Republican Socialist Union of Youth, is secondary employment for children. In 2009, 195 children were involved in secondary employment. The enterprise is also involved in tourism and cultural activities, as evidenced by documents from the Belarusian Regional Executive Committee and the Belarusian Republican Youth Union.
