The portal "Rating Portal" is a website dedicated to evaluating the quality of services and administrative procedures provided by organizations in Belarus. With over 13,000 registered organizations and 161,447 registered users, the portal provides a platform for citizens to express their opinions on the quality of services rendered by government organizations. The resulting ratings of these organizations create a incentive for improvement in the delivery of government services and foster open dialogue between the government and the population.
