The website is for the Briansk Corporate Library System of the Briansk Regional Scientific Universal Library named after F. I. Tytchev. The website provides information about the history of cooperation between Briansk, Chernihiv and Homel libraries, focusing on the preservation and strengthening of the common informational space, the role of libraries in a multicultural environment, and the support of humanitarian and educational missions in the information age and new geopolitical relations. The website also introduces the development of the Briansk Regional Scientific Universal Library, starting from the early 1990s, when it began automating and adapting to information technology advancements. The library has since created its own electronic resources, a website, and a Virtual Reading Room with access to full-text resources from its own electronic library, the National Electronic Library, and the Presidential Library.
