subdomain: clinpgx path: / language: en The web project ClinPGx (clinpgx.pharmgkb.org) is a comprehensive clinical pharmacogenomic (PGx) resource designed to support and expand PGx knowledge, implementation and education. It integrates the PharmGKB, CPIC and PharmCAT projects, and offers various features including access to drug prescribing recommendations from DNA test results, focused PGx guidance on all devices, comparison of PGx guidance from different sources, translation of VCF data into PGx guidance, and learning resources about genes and drugs with prescribing guidance. The project is an affiliate grant of the Clinical Genome Resource (ClinGen). ClinPGx requires Javascript to function properly.
