The organization: Konstitutsionnyj Sud Respubliki Belarus, or the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus, is a judicial body responsible for ensuring the constitutionality of laws, decrees, and other acts of the president, as well as international treaties and other obligations of Belarus. It has been in existence since 1994 and consists of 12 judges, six of whom are appointed by the president and the other six, including the chairperson, by the Council of the Republic. The court's decisions determine the constitutionality of various legal acts and provide guidance on their application. The Constitutional Court of Belarus also maintains its own website, which contains information on its activities, decisions, and news.
